The entire street is named after the scholar. In 1947 this house became a museum and in 1992, for the author's 100th anniversary, the street facade was decorated with carved wood.

There are 7 listed houses in this street alone. But most other houses are old and worth seeing. Half-timbered houses and stone houses. The road starts at the Place du Général de Gaulle with the two towers and goes up the hill to the Katherale.
You feel a bit like in the Middle Ages.
