The Torhelm is located on the southernmost edge of the Kitzbühel Alps. At 2,494 meters, it is the third highest peak in the mountain range and offers a fantastic view of the Hohe Tauern. Enjoy the view at a well deserved rest at the wooden summit cross.

From the Isskogel, without any reference to the Torhelm, it goes a few meters in altitude into the rear valley to the "Wilde Krimml Alm". This is already signposted from the Isskogelbahn mountain station.
From there you can already admire the Torhelm in all its glory.
You will now come across an information sign and will then be taken over by white-red-white path markings.
The ascent runs over exposed terrain, scree and some climbing passages and requires a head for heights, maximum surefootedness and a sense of direction up to the summit.
But the all-round view is worth it.
