The mill is set up as a pumping station, which is shown, among other things, by the stairs from the mill to the stone attic, which is located between the two swarms of grinding and the grinding channels that approach the hatch. Small quantities were often ground in a farmer's mill, where the farmer waited until the grain was ground and then immediately took the flour. The grain was broken on one grinder and the crushed grain was ground into flour on the other.
