On the main street in Nordheim comes to the church square. Here are the important buildings of a place. The new town hall built in 1854, the Bartholomäuskirche and an old half-timbered house with a bell tower.

The beautiful half-timbered house with bell towers is now home to the Nordheim local library. In earlier years it was the town hall. The house was built in 1593 and was used as the town hall until 1964. In 1987 the local library moved here.
