Beautiful walk that starts in Kenmare. We actually missed a visit to the “Kenmare Stone Circle” and it is a shame that you walk 3km along the N70. This N-road is driven at 100kph and there is no footpath. Very dangerous, the Irish like to drive through and have limited regard for pedestrians. The rest of the route is beautiful, beautiful views and between cows and sheep.

If it has rained recently, the mountain route is very swampy, good waterproof shoes are a must.
