At the beginning of the stage there is the usual greywacke stage stone. But the metal sign has broken off. But the orange markings on the trees are unmistakable.

From this point it is 22km to the end of stage 8.

Currently, the plaque with the motivating saying is missing from the stage marker (end of stage 7 and beginning of stage 8). And the stage starts directly on a muddy track, as forestry tractors have obviously dug up the paths
