    Here was a 27 meter high lighthouse from 1836 until the Second World War.
    This was but blown up by the German occupation forces.
    At the beginning of the 50s the today's red and white tower was built.
    This has a height of 35 meters at 44 meters fire height.
    The lighthouse is automated and can not be visited.

    The lighthouse is located in the dunes close to the Bay of Authie and the Maritime Hospital. It was rebuilt in the 1950s after being destroyed by the Wehrmacht during World War II. It peaks at a height of 40m.
    The lighthouse itself cannot be visited, but you can discover the original living habits of the fishermen in Berck-sur-Mer in the Maison du Patrimoine (this is the lighthouse house) thanks to the Berck Patrimoine and Tradition Association.
