The courtyard festival at Rheder Castle, which is celebrated annually in spring, attracts numerous visitors from the region. People meet here to stroll, eat and chat. Traditionally, the festival begins at 10 a.m. with a solemn service in the courtyard of the palace. Then the hustle and bustle around the castle grounds begins. Handicrafts and products made from their own products are offered at numerous market stalls. There are brewery tours, carriage rides, pony rides and a presentation of the Warendorf stallions. With regional delicacies and tasty beer specialties from our own brewery, your physical well-being is taken care of.

The real highlight was the meadow with the donkey family next to the Weidenpalais. 😃
There are interesting perspectives in the Weidenpalais as soon as you simply crawl into the slope.
It's a shame that the adjoining beer garden is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.
