Yürüyüş

Climbing the highest mountain in Mauritius is of course a must. However, you should make sure that you allow enough time for the path to dry after a rainy period, otherwise you will sink into the mud and morass. The final ascent to the summit is equipped with a few ropes at the edge, which can be put to good use due to the partially slippery surface. Especially on the descent, this part can be a bit difficult, also because of the steepness and exposure.
