Vista Point is near the bottom of Barn Owl Trail, just above the Peppertree Trailhead, still providing nice views across Palos Verdes Drive to the coast, and up into Portuguese Bend Reserve.

A very cool viewing point, if you have time to stop that is. The views out over the Pacific Ocean are nice as are the backward views up to the Portuguese Bend and Forrestal Reserves. There is a nice semi circle seat there too if you have a bit more time on your hand.

First of several great overlooks when starting from the road uphill into Portuguese Bend Reserve. There are sweeping views out over the Pacific Ocean, and nice views up to the Portuguese Bend and Forrestal Reserves. There is a nice semi circle seat if a break is needed, or simply to take in the vistas.
