Neef train station
Petersbergstrasse
56858 Neef
The station, completed in 1878 (formerly a building for passenger and goods traffic), is one of the stops on the Trier-Koblenz line. At the end of the 50s there was still a regulated freight traffic - mainly wine shipping. There were two waiting rooms, a counter hall and a warehouse. The railway was an important employer for the place. Many neefers were employed at the train stations in Cochem and Bullay.
