Bad Elster with its wonderful spa park and healing springs is worth a visit. In addition to the buildings from the beginning of the 19th century, the expansion of the Marienquelle in 1960 with ironwork by Fritz Kühn was interesting for me. In the area of the spa park there are also various cafes and restaurants of good quality at reasonable prices.
