Yürüyüş
The castle is believed to have been built in the 13th century. Due to the lack of sources, no mention of noble people is known to date, but the location is related to the ministerials of Thunau. During the construction of the Kamptalbahn in 1887, everything except for a remaining wall was blown up or removed.

Yürüyüş
A well-preserved wall of ruins stands directly on the hiking trail between Gars and Buchberg am Kamp. It's almost surprising that there are only vague assumptions and sources of information about this. A place to linger, take a break and enjoy.
