According to Jewish regulations, the Albishheim Jewish cemetery was laid out outside of the built-up area. It is a little more than halfway up the eastern slope of the Wingertsberg. The cemetery itself is hidden behind trees and bushes. It shows two rows of tombs, as the tombstones show, and a third row was sometimes started. Due to the severe weathering of the stones, it is not possible to determine the age of the graves, so one can only assume that the graves date from the 19th and 20th centuries.

Unfortunately, the cemetery was closed (as of Nov. 2024). But you can take a quick look at some of the graves from the entrance gate.

"There are 34 gravestones and base remains. The gravestones have family names such as Seligmann, Frank, Strauss, Metzger, Mandel, Klein, Gümbel, Ullmann, Fröhlich, Seelenberger and Rothschild. The last burial was in 1938."
