Village-administratively. But it gives the impression of a town. Lots of shops - well stocked. Clean, tidy. Residents are friendly, smiling, and nicely dressed. Lots of service establishments
The oldest record about the village dates back to 1430 and is related to the establishment of the parish. Sarnaki was founded as a low-ranking village by the Sarnicki (or Sarnacki) who came here from Mazovia. In 1674, some of the Saracese goods belonged to Fr. Kazimierz Maciej Zwierz, Topór coat of arms (died 1682). [7]

In the central part of the square, a monument commemorating the interception and development of the German secret V2 weapon was placed, showing a gray-painted model of a missile (designed by Marek Ambroziewicz). The monument resembles one of the most spectacular underground actions in Podlasie. In the spring of 1944, the Germans began trials with a new weapon launched near Mielec. At the school in Sarnaki, a special unit was stationed to determine the site of the fall, assess the effects of the explosion and collect the remains of Wunderwaffe.
