The very charming town of Kassiopi lies at the foot of the peninsula, while its former fortress dominates the towering cliff. There are many restaurants and cafes in the port.

We don’t have much of a chance to find a parking lot in the harbor, but if you do, it’s a great starting point for a fort tour or a full day of swimming. At the northern end of the peninsula we also find rocks suitable for jumping. However, caution is advised because smoothly worn stones are extremely slippery.
