Maybe someone can upload a photo from the campsite?
I also think the campsite is very nice. Above all, the transition to the outdoor pool is great and the rest stops fit.
A few months ago I went to eat again at the Dorfkrug. Cooking is good and fresh there. Fits.
I recommend a walk around the Großensee or a MTB tour, where you also cycle around the Mönchsteich. Because you can get there quite well with a circumnavigation if you turn into the forest at the mini golf course on the north beach.

Friendly and generally quiet campsite. The tent field can be a bit noisy, but there are also a few quieter places to pitch the tent. The "Alte Dorfkrug" near the campsite is ideal for catering. The Dorfkrug offers delicious food that is not as expensive as in the usual excursion restaurants in the area. There is a bakery next door to start with breakfast in the morning.
