You are not allowed to cycle on the narrow footbridge from the German side; But it is always worthwhile to walk this narrow path along the power station building or to roll loooooooo slowly to get to the street-like part in the middle. In the case of pedestrians, please really stop: it IS tight.
Fantastic view over the Rhine, even with normal water.
In addition, one more option to shorten or vary the access route for a tour in the neighboring country (D or CH). It doesn't always have to be the old Rhine bridge in Rheinfelden.

In terms of output, the Rhyburg-Schwörstadt power plant is the largest run-of-river power plant in Switzerland. The imposing building can be viewed on a narrow footbridge, which also allows the Rhine to be crossed. A sign warns people to dismount out of consideration for pedestrians, but there aren't that many of them because the power station isn't in the immediate vicinity of any settlement. It's difficult to have a conversation, on the one hand because you have to drive one behind the other and on the other hand because of the noise from the outflowing water.
