Parish Church of the Assumption Eriskirch
In documents from 1143, 1155 and 1257, a chapel is mentioned in Eriskirch, which from 1301 is called a parish church (probably a branch church of the Weingarten monastery). From the 13th century, the pilgrimage "To Our Lady" to Eriskirch is known and gained great importance, so that in the 14th century the earlier chapel or church was demolished and the early Gothic parish church was completed in its current size by around 1420.
