It is precisely at this point that the Po river, the longest in Italy, is born. It is amazing how a small jet of water can transform itself thanks to the tributaries into a wide river. The Po cuts across the entire Po Valley until it flows into the Adriatic Sea.

The source of the Po flows directly and already powerfully directly from the rock. It is very close to the RIfugio Albergo Alpino "Pian del Re". Although there are parking spaces there (10 euros!), It is better to start a hike in Crissolo. Then you have hiked a romantic section on the young Po.
