Yürüyüş

The Schoorls dunes are the highest at 54.4 meters and the widest at 5 kilometers in the Netherlands. Open dunes alternate with dense forests, damp plains and heathland. A paradise for hikers and nature lovers!

Yürüyüş

The Schoorl dunes are, in my opinion, the most beautiful dune area in the Netherlands. How can you better experience this so that you can walk right through it on parts where it is allowed?

Yürüyüş

We walked through here in August with 27°c and it was really beautiful! First through a spruce forest and later you come to the dunes. A lovely cool sea breeze came towards us and that was necessary because some parts you walk through the sand and that is quite heavy! Oh also a tip: check yourself for ticks! I had a (mini)tick on my leg, which I luckily discovered before it got stuck.
