The Stadecker Warte was built in 1930 - at that time without a tower. At this time, a spray was stirred by the winemakers to fight an introduced fungus on the vines. Later, the tower was added. From the top you could see starlings that wanted to settle in the vineyards. To prevent this, a blast system could be triggered by remote control. Today, the waiting room can be rented for parties and events.
