The Fleetschlösschen is a historic building and belongs to the ensemble of the Speicherstadt in Hamburg. It is located at the junction Brooktorkai / St. Annen Bridge, is a listed building and has been a World Heritage Site Speicherstadt since July 2015. In the list of monuments Hamburg the house is led as a toilet building.

Until 1869 stood on the site of today's Fleetschlösschen the built in 1566 St. Annen Chapel, which had been built as a funeral chapel for the St. Annen cemetery.

The Fleetschlösschen is a historic building and is part of the Speicherstadt ensemble in Hamburg. It is located at the intersection of Brooktorkai/St.-Annen-Brücke, is a listed building and has been a World Heritage Site in the Speicherstadt since July 2015...see further text below.
As described, this nice ensemble is located directly at an intersection of a very busy street. The traffic noise is a bit annoying.

In the heart of Hamburg's Speicherstadt (warehouse district), on the Holländischbrookfleet canal, lies the charming Fleetschlösschen. This former customs house now combines the charm of a café, bistro, and bar.

Even Kaiser Wilhelm II visited in 1888 for the grand opening of the Speicherstadt. The Kaiser used this little gem as a starting point for his journey to Baumwall by barge. Today, the Fleetschlösschen is a popular destination for outings.

It's located precisely between the Speicherstadt and the new HafenCity, directly on the Holländischbrookfleet, a waterway within the Speicherstadt.
