Almost flat circular path around the high ox head in the national park. Best follow the blue-white marked piles. In wet weather only with appropriate equipment and experience commit, since the way partially grows and the ground is then not easy to commit. Between 1 November and 15 July, the area on the Hohen Ochsenkopf may not be committed because of the protection of game.

The path leads completely around the Hohe Ochsenkopf and is marked with wooden posts in blue and white color. Here you can experience the spell forest. The path is partly overgrown with blueberry and heather bushes.
