This lovely green corridor follows the River Sid south from Sidford to the sea. Although it forms part of the National Cycle Network it's usually pretty quiet.

Riding to the coast you pass the outskirts of Sidmouth on one side, and verdant rolling hills on the other, before splashing through a shallow ford and ending up at the lifeboat station on the seafront.

It's a great section to ride with kids, or a useful recovery segment after climbing the hills close to Honiton.

Another terrible attempt at turning a footpath into a shared cycle/pedestrian route. It never works, it's not safe for anyone, and komoot should not route me on these as the default option.
