The most striking and characteristic feature of this farm is the large thatched roof of the stable. Legend has it that in the stable of the original farm during the French Revolution there was an altar. Every Sunday, "silent masses" would have been secretly said for the patriots hiding in the woods.
There are still court canals around the Questionhoeve, which indicate that the original farm was a manor farm or small castle.
