The main façade of the cathedral, made by Jaime Bort, is an international Baroque jewel of exceptional beauty, and unique in its kind. It was built thanks to the help of Cardinal Belluga - a cardinal in Rome and a great benefactor of the city - to whom the square on which it stands was dedicated and which constitutes one of the meeting points and celebrations of the most important events in life.
