And suddenly another world. Especially if one from the rural part such. Great Stresow is coming, one is slain here at the latest. Luxury accommodations and one yacht next to the other. Nevertheless nice to look at, as well maintained. Especially interesting and worth seeing, I found the part shortly behind, where the mega ships are repaired - there you drive through a small maritime museum.

The marina and harbor for excursion boats, small cafes invite you to linger. From here the Rasende Roland drives via Putbus, Binz to Göhren.

Lauterbach with its picturesque harbor, today the maritime heart of Putbus, was founded in 1816 as the first seaside resort in Rügen. Until 1860 Lauterbach was the most visited bath on the island of Rügen.
