The Prechtel brewery offers a sparkling wheat beer in its inn all year round, namely the "Schmankerl Weisse", a yeast-clouded cellar beer, the "Schnapperla" and a tasty "Hopfenstoff". There is also a special drink on festive days, a strong beer during Lent and the festival beer at Kirchweih and Christmas. Another special feature is the home brewery, where everyone can have their own barrels filled with an unfiltered special beer after registering. The small brewery inn also attracts visitors with delicious Franconian dishes. Worth mentioning here are the venison and of course the Aischfounder carp, the specialty of the region.

In the brewery restaurant you can enjoy hearty snacks and home-style dishes (Aischgründer carp) with home-brewed beer. Special beer specialties (red beer, 4-grain beer) are tapped on festive days directly from the newly created beer fountain in front of the inn.
