The steel truss bridge crosses the Rhine-Herne Canal on Kanalstraße (L645) with a span of 62.12 meters. In addition to the standard roadway width of 7.50 meters, there is no modern bike path. The pedestrian/bike path width on bridge structure no. 364 is 2.50 meters on one side and a narrow 0.75 meters on the other.
