The 'Zeven' is a lookout tower in the Frisian town of Fochteloërveen, which was designed to meet the requirement that it should be accessible to people with some fear of heights. The tower has a twisted seven shape and is also called the periscope. It offers breathtaking views and with luck you can see cranes from the tower in spring and summer.
