Hello Mike!
I think the creation of highlights is very praiseworthy, that's the only way Komoot makes sense, but 100m to the left and 100m to the right is already a corresponding highlight on the map and it doesn't necessarily become clearer as a result.
When creating new highlights, will I only see the "Add to existing highlight" function?

This lock serves the entire flood protection in the range Neuhof / Reiherstieg / Wilhelmsburg north and is opened therefore only if necessary or with the flood. The surrounding valleys serve as sinks for the water to keep it behind the dikes.

The Ernst-August lock was only built in 2015 and connects the Ernst-August Canal with the Spreehafen. The Ernst Augst Canal runs through Wilhelmsburg and flows into the Wilhelmsburg Dove-Elbe after about 2km. Since the cycle path leads along the dike, there are no operational interruptions in use.
