At this point there was a "1000" year old oak. This can be found next to an aboss in the coat of arms of Schm (i) edenstedt. The mighty, imposing oak then broke it up in a storm. Now there is an anvil next to the torso and a new oak has been planted. The context is now designed according to the coat of arms!

Remnants of the natural monument oak ND-PE-11. Fallen in a storm in March 2019. In the middle of the forest, with benches, newly planted oak and anvil. The anvil symbolizes a forge (smithy> Schmedenstedt).
