The forester Jakobi has created a wonderful lake here. Coming from Sachsenhausen, there is a lovely starting point in the middle of Frankfurt's city forest. You can go around the lake on a variety of walking or jogging tours. The Oberschweinstiege restaurant also offers the opportunity to stop off near the lake. In summer there is a large outdoor area, in winter there is an indoor fireplace atmosphere.

The Jacobiweiher is a pond in the city of Frankfurt am Main, in the state of Hesse. With a surface area of six hectares, it is the city's largest body of still water, located in the Frankfurt city forest in the Sachsenhausen district on the south side of the Main River. The Jacobiweiher is part of the protected landscape area of Frankfurt's green belt.
