Brilliant views of the Marmolada on one side, the Sella and the Sassolungo and Sassopiatto in the other direction, this place is sometimes the best place for the best overview of all. If there is no snow, you can take the Bindelweg from here or follow the ski slope.

This place is called Portavescovo and offers incredible views of the Marmolada (glacier). Then it goes (often in the context of the Sella Ronda) on great trails into the valley. But beware: the ski slope is not to be underestimated. Unfortunately it comes here because of too high speed again and again to violent accidents !!!

And yes: it unfortunately melts in the time we live in ... we do not really have to wonder as the cause of climate change and pollution ... but the view remains: huge and impressive!
