The Lemierser Berg road is loved by cyclists, at least those who drive back from Orsbach in the direction of Aachen - nice descent on which you develop a high speed. On the street is the Cafe Bell Vue, the Lemierser Mühle and some nice houses. A nice example is house no. 130, which is located in a beautiful natural garden.

Lemiers is located in both the Netherlands and Germany, but the Lemierserberg starts in the German part. You reach the foot of this slope by crossing the border from Lemiers in the Netherlands on a narrow, racing bike-unfriendly path and then turning left.
As soon as you make a left turn, the road starts to climb a few percent. However, this is just the beginning. After another almost flat bend you see the road in front of you rising steeply and the climb really starts.
