Camping with clean showers and toilets. The manager is very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late and had no problem checking in, because he came to help us after reception closing time.
When arriving by bike along the Elbe take care to mark the Sperrwerk opening times, the detour when it is closed is very long.

The "Elbdeich-Camping" in Kollmar is particularly popular with cyclists who use the Elbe and North Sea coast cycle paths and who rest in Kollmar for one night.
The permanent guests who set up their caravans from the beginning of April to the end of October speak highly of the idyll behind the dike. "Here we have peace, we can switch off and enjoy an undisturbed view of the Elbe and the ships. The place and the facilities are clean and are always well maintained.
