Ratibor Castle currently offers three different puzzle tours for children:

- Johann Seeks Toto,

- Georg and Wilhelm,

and a family puzzle related to a special exhibition.

We did "Johann Seeks Toto," and it was really lovely and not at all boring. The children are given a detective kit with helpful tools and a map of the castle. The puzzles are varied and easy to solve. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

There's also a reward at the end.

We'll definitely come back and do the other puzzle as well.

The puzzle tour is included in the admission price.

Ratibor Castle is a hunting lodge in Roth in Middle Franconia. It is located at the southern end of Rother Hauptstraße and has an inner courtyard and a small park. George the Pious, Margrave of Brandenburg-Ansbach, had it built in 1535-1537

In 1942, the castle was handed over to the city of Roth as a gift. It has been widely used ever since. In the former royal stables, the city library and the boardroom of the city council are housed, on the second floor of the wing spanning the courtyard the city museum and in part of the ground floor the municipal tourist information. The main building houses the city archives. In summer, the courtyard is used for the performance of the Schlosshofspiele. (Wikipedia)
