Very attractive town - it invites you to linger. A church with a balcony-like cemetery over the canal. The ferry shuttles free of charge.

Snack with nice observation deck. (The parking is however chargeable.)
In front of the manor there is a barn with art and bells and whistles.

To save parking fees, you can also park in the village and walk the few steps to the NOK. It is also interesting that Sehestedt is the only place that was shared by the canal construction. The NOK leads directly through the old center. In the pastorate a small museum reminds of this time.
