In Hallwyl Castle, one of the most beautiful and romantic moated castles in Switzerland, history can be experienced at the original location.

Culture and nature experience in the moated castle.

From the romantic moated castle it is only a jump into the unique nature reserve at the Hallwilersee. Back in the castle rooms, the exhibition tells the story of the life of a noble Aargau family and their subjects in the Seetal. The versatile program of events and activities is all about culture and nature!
