From the hill above the church Micciano offers a wonderful panoramic view.
The driveway up, especially from the east, is a pleasure. Barely any traffic and always great views over the green Tuscany hills.
In the village there is a small grocery store, so you can eat up here even good and cheap.
The northwest driveway is a little less scenic, so that a drive from east to west is an advantage. Do not be deterred by the upper, bad asphalt on the descent. He is getting better, but not great ... but good to drive.

The origin of this small town is as a castle. Today only the imprint remains in the urban planning and in the strategic position: perched on a rocky spur between the Trossa and the Adio.

Near Micciano, you will find spectacular hairpin bends, perfect for tackling by bike. Smooth climbs, adrenaline-filled descents and breathtaking views make this place a true gem for those who love cycling.
