The Hermannsberg is probably Prince Pückler's most mysterious creation in Branitz Park. Some believe it to be the unfinished third pyramid, others believe it to be based on Slavic burial traditions and thus a reference to his Lusatian homeland due to its location in Pückler's necropolis, his "city of the dead". Whatever the case, from the bench on top of the Hermannberg you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the park landscape.

Hermannsberg, located southeast of the two pyramids, is the highest point in Branitzer Park at 15 meters high. It is artificially created In Pückler's inventory of the park from 1868, it is only listed as a mountain.
