The Rein Church near Brugg looks back on a long history: The first church was built on its current site as early as 750 AD. For centuries, it served as the ecclesiastical center of the region. The associated monastery was the lord of the manor and provided the priests who worked and were cared for there.

We usually celebrate the services in the Rein church, on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. In the churches of Remigen and Villigen we are usually guests every first Sunday of the month.
We also celebrate various services in Würenlingen: several ecumenical services together with the Catholic Church.

Next to the church is a beautiful viewpoint. And right next to it are 18-19 steps leading down a slope. Once you're at the bottom, I recommend visiting the war memorial.

The church, being in such a prominent location, is visible from afar and always makes for a great photo opportunity.
