According to information in the town hall, the path from Milchhäusl to Himmelreich is no longer maintained, is not recommended and will probably no longer be accessible at some point. It contains short exposed paths, short ridge walking sections and a few short climbing sections. There is only a rope protection in a short place (in very good condition in September 2023), otherwise very good footwear, excellent sure-footedness and a head for heights are absolutely necessary.

I wanted to do this tour today and the path to the Milchhäusl is barely recognizable and could not be used. The search for another way up from this side of the mountain was unsuccessful. I couldn't find a usable path. It's a real shame.
