The linear Stadtwäldchen park leads as a car-free green trail using underpasses straight south from Downtown via Stadthouse to the Westfalenpark komoot.de/highlight/198975 and the green band of the Emscher Trail connecting to the southern trail system. To continue toward the Emscher Trail or Phoenix See cut through the (1.50 Euro) Westfalenpark, or use the trail leading around the western edge of the Westfalenpark and down to the Buschmühlen entrance, where a bridge leads across the stream to join with the Emscher Trail/Promenade. komoot.de/highlight/203917

Entrance to the Westfallen Park costs 3.50 to 5.50 € (you can still drive on the tower). In the city park it is forbidden to drive by bike! The lake at the end of the park is accessible via a road.
