The Belgium Pier offers a unique opportunity to experience the impressive expanse of the North Sea, the changing tides, and the raw power of nature up close.
The first pier, a cast-iron structure, was built in 1894 but burned down by the Germans in 1914. A new concrete pier was built in 1933 and extensively renovated in 2003. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and coastline—a place that clears your head and allows your thoughts to wander.
In 2023, the walkway was faithfully reconstructed in its original form from 1933.
