Small and graceful, the chapel dedicated to the patron saint of cattle is a place of silence and contemplation. During restoration work in 1993, frescoes depicting the life of Jesus that are over 300 years old were discovered. It is therefore worth taking a look inside the small chapel. It is also wonderfully idyllically located in the front part of the Langental. And you can even take a rest on the small bench next to the entrance door.

Very easy and pleasent trail (also for families) strating from Selva di Val Gardena, in the long valley Val Longia (That means long valley indeed) and its small, but nice Capella di San Silvestro.

The Langental is for mountain bikers only useful early or late in the day passable, as it is a magnet for walkers. Especially in the evening it is beautiful. Since it is a dead end, you just go as long as you want uphill and then hui, like the wind back to Selva.
