At the Hielscher Hof you are on a first-name basis with the cow: it has been a pure dairy farm since 1953 and the farm's own cheese dairy has been producing “fine artisanal specialties” for over 20 years. You can take a break in the “Rusticus” opposite. The old half-timbered house has been restored with great attention to detail; the menu includes cheese delicacies and much more. The attached farm shop offers the opportunity to shop, and since 2003 the corn maze has been attracting visitors once a year.
