If you start early and walk the tour the other way around, you will probably only find a few other hikers at the Schottensee, before the Wildsee is teeming with people.

The Schottensee and the Wildsee are the two most beautiful on the 5-lake hike. The colors of the lakes are really kitschy and almost surreal. Depending on the incidence of light, the colors change and the mountains are beautifully reflected in the lakes. Very impressive and just incredibly beautiful.
