A stunning hike up one of Ireland's iconic mountains. Quite an easy hike depending on your level of fitness. There are superb views to be had all the way up and from the summit. Can be a very busy place but I picked a lucky day.

The climb is a bit exhausting but doable. It is important (especially at the top, where the stones just lie loosely on each other and the earth is completely eroded), that you take your time and carefully ascend. My advice is to take a windbreaker too, the wind whistles above and that is uncomfortable when you are completely sweaty (which is when you get to the top).
